I am more than an athlete—I’m a force on the field and a voice for the next generation.
With elite speed, undeniable playmaking ability, and a commitment to using my platform for something greater, I represent what it means to stay ready, rise above, and give back.
As an athlete, brand partner, and advocate, I bring the same discipline and energy to everything I do—on and off the field.
Some players make an impact.
WORK WITH ME
Growing up in Baltimore, I learned early that nothing is given—everything is earned. That mindset carried me through every level of my career, from being overlooked at Assumption University to becoming an NFL Pro Bowl selection and one of the league’s most dynamic return specialists.
I’ve built my success on relentless work, natural talent, and the ability to thrive under pressure. But my purpose doesn’t stop when the game clock runs out.
Through Tay Nation, I make sure young Black boys—especially those coming up in communities like mine—have mentorship, mental wellness resources, and the support they need to succeed in sports and in life.
Football is my platform. Impact is my purpose.
I also work with brands, corporations, and organizations that are committed to athlete-driven impact, mental wellness, and community engagement.
Some paths are paved. Others are built from the ground up.
My journey is the latter.
Growing up in Baltimore, I saw firsthand how important it is for Black boys to have guidance, resources, and a community that supports them. That’s why I’m committed to using my voice to create opportunities for young Black boys—helping them develop not just in their sport, but in life.
Through mentorship, advocacy, and community outreach, I’m focused on making sure the next generation has access to the tools they need to succeed.
This work is something I bring into every partnership and collaboration. Whether it’s working with brands that align with my values, speaking at corporate events, or consulting on initiatives that matter...
Football has given me a platform, but my impact goes beyond the field.
My mom, Ellisa Harty, and I started Tay Nation because I know what it feels like to have talent but not enough support. I know what it’s like to be ready for the next level but not have the right resources or guidance to get there.
But Tay Nation is more than just mentorship—it’s about showing up, providing real solutions, and creating spaces where Black boys are seen, heard, and supported.
MAKING MENTAL WELLNESS A PRIORITY
I’ve seen what happens when young Black boys don’t have the tools to manage the pressure that comes with this game. That’s why I’m committed to making mental wellness a priority.
As the first athlete to serve as a Game Day Ambassador for Mind Plus Motion, I’ve made it my mission to connect mental wellness with movement, teamwork, and real conversations. Through Mind Plus Motion Game Days, I bring mental health programming into youth juvenile facilities, giving young Black boys an opportunity to release energy, learn how to manage emotions under pressure and develop a mindset that sets them up for success—on and off the field.
I also serve as the Chair of the Huddle x Action Advisory Board, where I help shape national initiatives focused on making sure Black boys have the mental health resources, community, and professional support they need.
Mind + Motion™ Game Days – We transform game day into an experience that strengthens both mind and body, using the power of movement and mental performance to help Black boys build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills.
Leveraging the Stories of Athletes – Underutilized narratives of professional athletes provide a blueprint for young Black boys and coaches to navigate their own journeys. These real-life stories, shared by players who have faced their own challenges, create a direct pathway to mentorship, guidance, and growth.
Creating Safe Spaces – We equip schools, athletic programs, and community spaces with culturally competent mental wellness resources, ensuring that Black boys and men can discuss their challenges without stigma or fear.
Providing Actionable Resources – Beyond conversations, we connect young athletes and coaches to mental health professionals, leadership development programs, and evidence-based tools that enhance their ability to succeed in sports and life.
Shaping the Future of Mental Wellness in Sports – We work alongside schools, teams, and community organizations to prioritize long-term mental wellness solutions, ensuring that mental health is not just an afterthought, but a core part of athletic development.
At TayNation, we believe that mental wellness and athletic performance go hand in hand. As an official Mind + Motion™ Game Day Ambassador, we create immersive experiences that bridge the gap between sports, mental health, and mentorship—ensuring that young Black boys, athletes, and coaches have the tools they need to thrive both on and off the field.
